The Idyllic is located near Kingsway and less than a five minute drive from Edmonds Skytrain Station. Amenities in the area include Edmonds community school, Edmonds community center, Hilda Avenue Park, and the Tommy Douglas Burnaby Public Library. The project has a 10% deposit with the following structure, first deposit of $5,000 upon contract writing, second deposit of 5% less than $5,000 within seven days of acceptance date, and third deposit of 5% within six months of acceptance date. Upgrades are available which includes A/C, closet organizers, and black stainless steel appliances (Upgrades list available in Features Tabs). Plan A have two parking stalls while Plan B and C have only one parking stall. All units comes with one bike locker.
